Health & Wellbeing Visits

Are you, or someone you know, in need of some help or advice about health or wellbeing?

A trained volunteer from the 'Health and Wellbeing Visits Project' can visit your home (by arrangement) and suggest the best course of action, if the person is:

• Over 50 with disabilities or long term conditions
• Over 65 and:
  • facing social exclusion
  • living in communities or groups facing health inequalities
  • living alone
  • income deprived
• Over 80

The Health and Wellbeing Visits Project is a partnership between East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service and the Council for Voluntary Action.
