Safe & Well Visits
East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is working with Action in Rural Sussex and Rother Voluntary Action, offering home visits to advise on fire safety and wellbeing (eg. health issues and social isolation).
Advice and guidance on all identified risks will be given, and where appropriate, free smoke alarms.
This phase of the Safe and Well project will work with members of the community who;
- Are over 80
- Have not previously had a home safety visit
- Live in rural areas
- Are vulnerable to isolation.
